• The feedback and discussions with mentors are of paramount importance. Reflective evaluation is the key for improvement.
• Presentation and communication play a vital role when writing the portfolio. Candidates must follow academic conventions,
• check all the documents presented and avoid unnecessary repetition throughout the portfolio.
• Further scaffolding for students is a general area for improvement.

Overall, it was well-evidenced that the practitioners experienced a coherently integrated programme with a very positive impact on their professional development. I would love to congratulate the candidates for their efforts and your whole team for your inspiring contribution to make this happen.
• Candidates demonstrated a broad understanding of the most relevant approaches to teaching and learning to progress their students’ learning.
• Most candidates did an excellent job when presenting the educational context including their professional background.
