Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Candidates who wish to withdraw from a course are required to submit a formal letter of withdrawal which may be sent electronically to enquiry@gigis.edu.sg. Afterwhich, they will be asked to fill up a form and duly signed and email it back to enquiry@gigis.edu.sg or mail it via post at the given school address. (sample form attached at Annex A). If written request is received:

• more than 14 working days before the course commencement date: 80% of course fee paid can be refunded.
• between 14 to 7 days before the course commencement date: 50% of course fee paid can be refunded.
• less than 7 days before the course commencement date: No refund.
• after commencement/ No show: No refund. In addition, candidate needs to pay up the balance of the fee amount if the course fee paid is less than the number of lessons attended. GIGIS reserves the right to recover all portions of unpaid fees from students who have registered and attended the first lesson.
• refunds will be processed within 14 working days after a written confirmation by GIGIS and the candidate should receive a cheque by the following month.
