All Candidates taking a Diploma course (programme completed in 6 months and above) are required to sign the Standard Student Contract with GIGIS.
The terms and conditions as stated in the Contract will be adhered to by both parties. This is a requirement by the Committee for Private Education (CPE).
Grant Availability
All candidates applying for Grants of any form (government or private):
• Formally inform GIGIS and request for an invoice.
• Present the invoice together with receipt for fees paid to the funding agency to claim back enrolment payment.
• Fulfil and process documents required by the foundation, institute or organisation.
• Update and formally inform GIGIS via electronic mail on the status if necessary.
GIGIS will bear no responsibility for any rejection by the funding institute. Should a candidate be rejected by for any reasons whatsoever, the Candidate will be fully responsible to settle the balance fee due to GIGIS.
