Copyright in all materials, (including examinations, assessments and syllabi), delivered by GIGIS to a Candidate under the Agreement shall be and will remain with GIGIS.

Ownership of Assessed Material

All material submitted for assessment will become the physical properties of GIGIS. Examination Scripts, its answers and lesson plans will not be returned to Candidates.

GIGIS reserves the right to use assessment answer scripts and coursework material (or extracts from them) on an anonymous basis in educational presentations, materials and products, which may be published in printed format or electronically.

Lesson Plans

Participants should follow a set and official template for all lesson plans. Final submissions must be sent to designated shared folders and portals as advised.

All materials submitted for assessment will become physical properties of GIGIS. Copyright and any other intellectual property rights in all materials are owned and shall remain with GIGIS. GIGIS has the right to use them for curriculum development, marketing and in whatever purpose the school deems it fit.

All undergraduates, graduates, lecturers and recognised institute partners are able to access the lesson plans for their future classes or programmes as long the author is rightfully acknowledged. Session plans submitted by candidates are created and developed originally.
